Paradigm is independently owned and operated by Charlene Wilson and Pat Hoge. The broker of record for the agency is J.D. Hadley. Both Ms. Wilson and Mr. Hadley have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Neither operate in the capacity of selling brokers. It is their intent that each agent play an integral part in this agency and they are available full-time to assist them. Using the latest technology available, agents are better able to recognize and meet each and every need of their clients.
